Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer at GOE, Graeme brings a wealth of financial, commercial and business experience in managing technology businesses. Having graduated from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada with a B.A. Honours degree in Politics and Law Graeme then went onto successfully complete a Post-graduate Diploma in Finance and Accounting at Strathclyde University in Glasgow.

After graduating he joined Ernst & Young in Aberdeen to undertake a three year training contract studying to become a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. On completing his training he then left the profession and went into industry working for several large Oil & Gas service companies.

In December 2002 Graeme joined Nautronix PLC as the Group Chief Financial Officer where he spent the next four and a half years restructuring the group and returning it to profitability. During his time there he was involved in the de-listing of the business from the ASX, the disposal of several non-core divisions and the overall re-structuring of the group. Graeme decided that after the group had disposed of the Defence part of the business in 2006 that it was time to seek new challenges and he left Nautronix in July 2007.
